- Purposes and grounds for processing personal data
We process your data for the following purposes:
- In order to make an online reservation and perform services in accordance with the profile of our business, possible consideration of complaints, etc. Legal basis for data processing – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR, – the data is necessary to perform the contract or take steps to conclude the contract.
- In order to issue an invoice and fulfill other obligations resulting from legal provisions, such as e.g. storing accounting documentation and in order to pursue possible claims and defend against them, Legal basis for data processing – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c and f GDPR – processing is necessary for the Administrator to fulfill his obligations set out in the law and the Administrator’s legitimate interest.

- Data recipients
Your data may be transferred or made available to entities with whom we cooperate and related entities. This is always done in accordance with the law and only for the purposes specified in the contracts and on specific terms that guarantee the security of data protection. These can be, for example, companies that support quick payments,
hosting company, a company providing security services. In addition, it may happen that on the basis of the relevant legal provision or decision of the competent authority, we will also have to transfer your personal data to other authorities or entities.
- Data transfer to third countries
The administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the EEA) or international organizations. In the event that such an intention arises, the Administrator will make every effort to ensure that it is a country or organization for which the European Commission has found an adequate level of protection.
- Data processing period
Your data is processed for a period not longer than it is necessary to achieve the processing purposes set out above and for a period resulting from legal provisions, in particular the Tax Ordinance and the limitation periods for claims under the Civil Code. After the service is provided, the Administrator will process personal data, as long as there are grounds for their further processing, for the period resulting from the law, but not longer than 10 years from the year in which the service was provided. In the case of data processing based on consent, the data will be processed for a period not longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose or until the consent is revoked.
- Customer rights
You have the right to access the data content, the right to correct it, limit processing, the right to object, transfer data and lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. If personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Providing your personal data is always voluntary, but in the case of achieving objectives 1 and 2 above, it is necessary to perform the service.
