Regulations for using the SunsetCroatia.com apartment

We want to avoid misunderstandings and provide you with a good rest, so please read the terms and conditions of using our apartments. Confirmation of the booking is tantamount to reading, accepting and accepting these regulations.

Stay

  1. The apartment is rented for days as part of the provided accommodation service.
  2. The day lasts from 2 p.m. to 10 a.m.
  3. The guest specifies the duration of the stay during the booking process, and during the registration process, the guest shows the apartment staff a document with a photo.
  4. If the Guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of registration to the apartment, the service may refuse to hand over the keys to the apartment.
  5. Guest and undertakes to pay the amount due in advance for the entire period of stay.
  6. The owner takes into account the wishes of extending the stay as far as possible.
  7. The owner does not consent to animals staying in the apartment.
  8. Silence in the Apartment is obligatory from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am.
  9. The behavior of guests and people using the hotel services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests and neighbors.
  10. The owner may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this principle and is then not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.

Owner Responsibilities

  1. The owner undertakes to provide the guests with conditions for rest.
  2. The owner is obliged to ensure the exchange of bed linen and towels before the Guest’s arrival.
  3. The owner is obliged to respond to the reported comments and objections regarding the level of services, the functioning of the Apartment’s equipment as well as cleanliness and order by taking steps to immediately remove defects and shortages.
  4. Personal belongings left by the departing Guest will be packed and secured after the end of the booked hotel day and taken from the apartment. They can be sent to the address provided on request.
  5. The owner is not responsible for the loss of valuables left in the Apartment or their damage.
  6. In the event of sudden and unforeseen circumstances, the Owner reserves the right to change the booked Apartment to another one of the same class or higher, and in the case of no free apartment, to cancel the reservation.

Guest Responsibilities

  1. Each time leaving the Apartment, the Guest should check if the door is closed, turn off electrical devices such as: grill, TV, induction hob, etc.
  2. Parking space no. 7 is appropriate for this apartment.
  3. The Guest is financially responsible for damage and destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the Apartment caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. It is forbidden for the Guest to interfere with the equipment, layout, arrangement of furniture and security of the apartment.
  4. The list of equipment elements together with the price list is placed on the PRICE LIST OF DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS, according to which the Guest undertakes to bear financial responsibility.
  5. Payment according to the PRICE LIST OF DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS, first of all, from the amount of the Deposit, and then by cash payment on the day the apartment is returned.
  6. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Apartment. The owner can expect a fee of EUR 200 for not complying with the smoking ban in the Apartment.
  7. Organizing social events in the apartment is prohibited. For organizing a social event that is burdensome for other tenants, the Owner may charge a fine of 500 euros.
  8. It is forbidden for unregistered people to stay in the apartment between 22:00 and 6:00.
  9. In the event of losing the keys to the apartment, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of 100 euro.
  10. The guest, at the time of registration to the apartment and his opinion, will not be under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.

Deposit and city tax

  1. On the day of arrival, when registering with the apartment staff, the Guest pays a deposit in cash with written confirmation in the amount of 300 euro
  2. The deposit is returned in cash upon written confirmation on the day of departure after the apartment has been handed over to the staff.
  3. On the day of arrival, guests pay in cash the city tax according to current rate.

Keys to the front door

  1. The keys to the apartment are handed over directly by the apartment staff at the telephone number: +385 955 196 212 at the agreed time. If the Guest cannot arrive at the pre-determined time, he should immediately inform the Staff about it at the telephone number: +385 955 196 212
  2. The client is obliged to inform the person responsible for handing over the key at least two hours before arrival at the apartment. +385 955 196 212
  3. During the handover of the Apartment, the Owner gives 1 set of keys.
  4. Returning the keys on the day of departure takes place by handing them over to the apartment staff with a written confirmation.

Personal data protection

The administrator of personal data is BARTOSZ TĘCZA MANAGEMENT Sp z o.o. Personal data is processed only for the purpose of handling the reservation and stored in accordance with applicable regulations.

You have the right to access, modify and delete your data “right to be forgotten”. The data subject has the right to request the Administrator to delete his personal data, in order to do so, a request should be sent to the following e-mail address: booking@sunsetcroatia.com
